The Process to Clean a Toro Lawnmower Carburetor

Step #1: Prepare Lawn Mower For Cleaning

Use the socket wrench to remove the screw that attaches the fuel bowl with the carburetor. Bring out the screw and the bowl as well.
You will find two small holes in the screw. Just take a small wire and clean it by inserting the wire inside the holes.
When you bring out the fuel bowl, you definitely find some liquid gas inside the bowl. Just pour it out. Use the carburetor cleaner to clean the fuel bowl as well as the screw. After cleaning, use paper towels or rags to wipe them properly.
Step #6: Clean Float and Internal Parts
Now, check the float that attaches to the carburetor. Spray some cleaner to clean up the float and internal parts of the carburetor as well. Use a paper towel or rag to wipe all the parts of the carburetor.
Step #7: Replace Fuel Bowl and Screw
Now replace the bowl as well as the screw in their previous position. Use the socket wrench to tighten the screw. Make sure that the fuel bowl is perfectly installed with the carburetor.
