Step #1: Prepare The Lawn Mower

Drilling is required to attach the brace arms with the rear part of the lawn mower. For this, make two marks on the lawn mower along the hole of the arm. Try to mark correctly so that you can drill easily.

After marking, take the drill machine and drill according to the marking. Set the brace arms in their position and attach it with the lawnmower by using bolts. Place two flat washer under the bolts and tighten the bolts by using the socket wrench or pliers.  

Step #7: Adjust The Ball

This time, place the ball on top of the hitch body. If you notice you will see that the lower part of the ball is grooved to attach the nut. 

Place a locknut under the ball and rotate it clockwise. Tighten the locknut properly by using a socket wrench. 

Done! Now you can tie anything to the back of the lawn mower and drag it away.
